Do i need to replace the wheel if the error is uneven ground error? One slightly elevated than the other

I saved a few $65 ordering the right wheel for Roomba 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 Series from the iRobot Canada site and then simply changing the plastic housing to fit a Roomba i7. I was however not able to remove the connector pad so preferred to cut the 5 differently coloured wires and then soldering them back on.
