Best video on Casio Baby G clean out, lubricate, and change battery. I watched five videos before finding a good video with all steps shown to completion. I had never done mine before but was able to remove and reattach straps, clean up, lube, and change my battery. I used silicone grease for fountain pens.
Ok so im wondering bc i didnt notice on the video. What is the tyoe or number on the battery. Ive recently started doing these repairs and will be to follow you my friend. Also wondering if you know where i can get authentic replacement parts for baby g and g shock watches. Im actually a cell repair guy but started doing these bc demand us thru the roof where i live. Re you sure the spring is always inside the module? Usually the spring is not fixed and could jumps out... Check it. Or you you have closed the caseback in the opposite way.

Just an FYI, You really should avoid touching the battery on both - and + at the same time and you should use gloves.
