    Another great video! When they swarm you don't try to capture them or set out any traps, do you just proceed working with what they left in the hive? Thanks

      Hey Steve!
      We do set out swarm traps all around our property in hopes of catching the swarms from our hives. Working with the Bees that remain is easy and there's generally a new queen which is nice.

    Just guessing but if your colonies already swarmed you must be late on adding space.

    put that straw into a pillow case it comes out all at once and doesn't make a mess

      I usually keep most of the junk out of the hives but the day I did this I was a little lax.
