I don't know why they didn't just record the stereo orchestrations, later that night, without Judy, and without the audience. I know it would end up being a "studio" album. And I've heard about the aborted later recording sessions, one around the time of JFK's death. But she could have recorded the vocals while doing the television show, mixing the previous orchestra, with her voice. Easy. And still in stereo. Judy ended up singing most of the songs from this "album" on the CBS show, albeit in mono. And Mort Lindsey's orchestrations through several keys - BRILLIANT ! @@ah7910 Judy often would invite the members of the fan club to the concerts. She adored her fans and often went out for coffee with us after a show. This night was electric but then they all were. It was always a party. So many memories and so few of us left. Lots of laughter that night. Judy was in great spirits. Her humor kept us going for hours.

It was live in New York...an "outtake" does not mean it was done in a studio.
