I don't believe that the police even knowing what are they doing at all, how the hell people can identify the person or persons in the video, and you cannot sees them properly. They should learned to copy how the united States police have done some of their investigation,a video liked that. THEY would got it blown it up fully that the people who are in the video can be fully recognized by the public. If you are trying to identifying such person or persons, you cannot concealed his or her indentity from the public. It does not make any sense at all,Sup you should have known better than that if you want to catch that person.So since you are actually sured who the person is,why you don't go and get him or released his name, and the public will know who he is. The sup should have known better than that,it does not matter how long you served in the force, and it does not matter what types of certificates you have in criminalogy. Without the public to assist the police in most of their investigations,they will never got nowhere at all.If they does not have the technology in Jamaica to blew it up,send it with one of their officer to a country where they have such resources to do it.
