Two of the greatest to ever do it!!! Amanda is THE MESSENGER that we need and Keke surprised me with how incredible, smart, challenging, and honest she was! Always been a fan of Keke and her extraordinary talents, but I had no idea she showed up like this in her daily life and from a political perspective. This was absofuckinlutely beautiful to watch and I enjoyed every minute of this episode and literally did not want it to end!!! Proud of you phenomenal women, always!🏆🏆💪🏼🙏🏽👏🏽✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼
I always say to people who say "I'm not into politics" that "politics is into you and every aspect of your life". I love Amanda's idea of a "no bad news" day. I told people when Trump got elected, we can get rid of him but those judges have to die or retire to be gone. Its not a difference of "politics" with the parties, it's a difference of"values and ethics". Republicans are harming our friends and family, and embracing racism and fascism.
Keep pushing this out ladies please we need smart black women to put these situations in our faces it’s a new generation it’s time for a change most ppl are woke but we can’t do a damn thing but put this word out it’s very important.. I think Keke should get a group of smart college kids and talk about this please !!
I saw both of you Sunday night in Oakland for my Dad’s birthday, #VirgoFavs, and enjoyed it so much. Momma Sharron I’m the one that gave you the awkward hug and I’m so appreciative you let me in for it I needed that! ThankYou Keke for allowing Oakland be the jump off of your Big Boss tour. It was an honor to have you!
Im a Cancer sun, Virgo moon and Sag rising! Right there wit both if yall. No wonder the whole time im listening im just bobbing my head with not one rebuttal.
Thank you, Keke! Girl, you keep impressing me with each and every new Podcast video. You are taking the world by storm and you definitely deserve it. This video was so insightful. Keep up the amazing work.
I am so thankful for the abundant timelines that have been birthed from this discussion happening. I love both of you as individuals and folks having these real conversations.
I saw this Ms Keke coming early in her career. The passion showed up, in my mind, in her early roles. So this does mot disappoint or surprise me. Good job mama.❤❤❤ Amanda is always throwing those nuggets. ❤❤
Amanda, protect yourself.. These young people are not interested in what you're saying. They're basically ambivalent about politics. Particularly young women who are only interested in relationships. You're an amazing young woman. Very impressive.
Yes Keke these points and explanations are valid and so self aware but the great challenge facing us as a nation is the extremism of certain groups that want to rewrite history and definitely undermine our democracy. Also, these groups appear unwilling to achieve consensus even halfway on the American experiment.
Keke...you have blossomed into such a vibrant and beautiful soul. Thank you for standing up for all that is good...Mommy status looks good on you too. Go'wan gurrl!!!
This was a great find today!! First time watcher. I will be binging. 😊 On topic however, keeping in mind whom this country was built for and upon, I call all melinated to responsibly learn how to protect yourselves. Learn, comprehend and exercise, the current constitution available to you. Our right to live and breathe freely, has/is always at stake with this government. IF we continue to operate under it, we have to utilize the loopholes of it, to our greatest benefit. While holding ourselves accountable to our unity and personal code of conduct. ✊🏾Knowledge of Self creates comprehension of all others.
The line you said about if the women aren’t protected then the children can’t be protected struck a chord with me…. I wonder if it stems from the fact that when it comes to women and children, men look at children more of an ‘actual person’ than the mother (because CLEARLY we’re just portals for the children to come forth) so when it comes to protecting the woman (and protesting their option to not), I see how they might not even be able to comprehend that outcome…. Just a theory from observation. We need some reverse engineering in the bih!
There aren't enough white babies being born so that's why they want to legislate our vaginas. But Roe v. Wade was the opening they needed to curtail the rights of everyone other than white, straight men.
The intro to this episode was everything... Society beliefs came before a political system. I don't have hope in the system of government. I have all the faith that individuals will continue to fight against all the BS. Just make time to find some joy (right?).
I was telling my partner that westerners need to travel more outside of the western world. We were talking about something else non-politics topic. I hope traveling get less pricey so people can afford to experience the world more
I’m rewatching this episode after all of the Amanda and Kamala controversy. It’s clear to see Amanda was critiquing her even back last year when this was put out. I would love to see Keke have Amanda back on to speak on the recent controversies she’s been facing this year especially with the upcoming election. Also Keke never went on her podcast…lol probably too busy.
The reason things aren't the way they were in the 60s (etc) is because we are easier to distract now. We got streaming services, social media, RUclips, etc. The content makes us content.
Interviews like this is why I'll never understand all the hate Amanda gets. I've seen her do multiple interviews, with men and women. Her energy is always the same, plenty of solid celebs support Amanda. A lot of people being against someone who's outspoken with actual knowledge, doesn't always mean they are the problem. We've all heard the stories about what happens to careers when someone doesn't "join the club".
There are many native and indigenous tribes in South America and across the world that are purely matriarchal. In those societies, men are not oppressed. It’s crazy to think how the opposite (patriarchy) does oppress women’s and other communities.
It was uploaded before Keke had her own channel. A lot of those episodes didn’t get the views they deserved. But I also think most people were listening on streaming platforms and not watching on RUclips back then.
SCOTU Justices... it shld not be a life long gig any longer. After 5yrs they shld be on the ballot. And, Folk need 2 start paying attention 2 / Voting 4 their STATE Supreme Court Justices. Every state has a Supreme Court.
I know I’ve been commenting a lot lol but i just found the podcast last night so I’m binging, but I’m from Alabama and I think maybe ppl like Amanda need to actually go there and host some conferences or meetings and actually get ppl to listen. Ppl in Alabama need to be talked directly to on a level they understand. I moved 10 years ago, but when I go home to visit my momma and family I am instantly put back into that world. Political topics are ignored for the most part unless it’s a big topic on social media and because of the LIFESTYLE separation between black and white ppl, politics was just never a topic that came up, but not just politics. I truly did not know what an avocado was until about 2013 when my mom got a job at a fancy hotel and made some white friends. The majority of the ppl who are still in Alabama are the ppl who don’t care and don’t know why they should care. It needs to be talked about on a level they understand and coming from a person they like. Unfortunately the ppl who have been able to get out of that Alabama fog have left Alabama and are living in Texas, California, Georgia, Seattle etc so unfortunately there is not a lot of ppl who understand left there to vote. I see everyday so many women make ignorant comments towards the gay community and in turn since the women ain’t supporting the gay community , the gay community doesn’t feel women’s rights are important and so they are stuck in this “I don’t care” mindset and it’s becoming dangerous. I am not innocent. I very much ignored it myself too until I moved away for an internship and saw what the world was actually like outside of my all black neighborhood and school. It’s a very deep conversation that needs to be had there and truthfully the conversation needs to be had on like a kindergarten level. It’s just not something we are familiar with. Even with watching the videos. I still find myself struggling to even know what all of these terms mean and it causes for lack of comprehension which leads to lack of caring. It’s almost not even the lack of caring, but leaning towards ignorance and literally just not knowing at all what politics even is outside of the president. And not to mention being black and speaking up in Alabama can get you attacked from both sides. Alabama needs help understanding they matter because going your entire life feeling like you don’t is why so many ppl there don’t care.
So intelligent, you are, Ms. Keke. I’m commenting early in the episode, so the point I will make may have been addressed. As far as Roe v Wade, there is a fear of white minority, hence the reversal so that more white babies are born.
The political system is simply a tool composed of laws, rules and regulations... The tool doesn't "consider" the person. Instead, the person must learn to operate the tool...

Because by design, men are supposed protect and provide. Women, to nurture and support.
The intro to this episode was everything...
Society beliefs came before a political system. I don't have hope in the system of government. I have all the faith that individuals will continue to fight against all the BS. Just make time to find some joy (right?).
Love love love this duo ❤
This was a brilliant and important conversation.
I love Keke's and Amanda's political thoughts.
Good conversation from you both.

I was telling my partner that westerners need to travel more outside of the western world.

Hello hello there from Cali 🤗🐕🦺🐕🦺🦮🐩

First time watching and I got to say not bad 🎉
Mama is so funny, love herr and her conversation
This was SOOOO good ❤
Thank you Keke❤
Keke looks amazing here
Amanda I think you're referencing the Umoja tribe in Kenya. I could be wrong, but they're all women & boys have to leave when they turn 18. 🇰🇪
This episode was amazing! #WeAreInThisTogether
There are many native and indigenous tribes in South America and across the world that are purely matriarchal. In those societies, men are not oppressed. It’s crazy to think how the opposite (patriarchy) does oppress women’s and other communities.

COME ON ECKHART! THE POWER OF NOW! Lolol
I like the segment at the end.
Keke have to stop over talking the guest. But, great interview
So intelligent, you are, Ms. Keke. I’m commenting early in the episode, so the point I will make may have been addressed. As far as Roe v Wade, there is a fear of white minority, hence the reversal so that more white babies are born.
Exactly. Afraid they will be treated as they have treated others

I ADORE LAUREN!!!!! 😩❣️
