And this particular car appears to be the top level of the three general levels of interiors on the A8 -- this appears to have the "full leather" package, which includes a leather-covered dashboard and tops of doors, along with the highest quality of leather available on any regular A8/S8, which is far nicer than anything available on that vintage of A6.
@@rechlin same year e class, a6 competitor has twice of the features this car has, with a much more modern and aesthetically pleasing interior
Animated gauges on a lcd is the 2nd worst thing after amg badge on a 4cyl.
If you want the dials use the real dials , if you want lcd use some innovative speed and rpm read out.b
Incredible engine with a beautiful sound and good performance, a beautiful and aggressive exterior and a beautiful interior with a perfect analog/digital balance. All this coming from a car that is a generation old. What a car.

The prev gen of audi performance cars had a brutality that the current ones lack. This has just 5hp more than the new rs6 but is much quicker from 100-200 and especially to 300.

New s8 is almost second slower from 100-200.
Would love to see a sq7 TFSI being driven like this. Im sure there would be some awesome times accomplished..
It’s not that old but it will be a classic in future im pretty sure like W204 C63 or E55 W211 for example. I’d love me a S8 working hard for it 💪
Crazy how much it was faster than its competitors back in the day. It’s only 0.1s slower than W213 E63s to 1/4 mile.

Wait till just about when you have to change the battery Audi packages their batteries under the driver seat so it's nearly impossible to replace them and if you do by yourself they code rhtem so all electrical systems stop working without code and when you buy the car with your own blood sweat tears money they still don't give you the code ...
How comes the 2013 s8 520hp 0-60 is 3.5.........and this 2017 s8 is 3.8 seconds

Fahre genau so einen.. die AGA bei dem hier wurde bearbeitet und das Schubknallen programmiert. Original ist das nicht so laut. Normal Blubbert er leiser beim runtertouren und knallt ab und an mal lauter einen raus in den ersten drei Gängen. Glaube aber wiederum nicht das dieser ein anderes Mapping/Downpipes drauf hat. Dafür ist er etwas zu langsam und müsste selbst bei Stage1 min 0,3sec schneller sein 🙂
