I'm just mentioning this in case it might help you or one of your subscribers.
I have something called "sacroiliac joint hypermobility". They're the joints that connect the bones of your pelvis to your spine and they take the entire weight of your torso and transfer it to your legs. So, when they slip and slide around it's a biiiig deal. And, let me tell you, it took ten years of testing, doctors, a surgery, and all that craziness to find out that that was the cause of my lower back, pelvis, leg, and spine pain. Any woman who says they have pain in their pelvis/lower back, I tell them about this condition because it seems to be more common than doctors thought, but it's not easy to diagnose, and it's one of those things that you have to advocate for the dr to look into. Mine isn't treatable at this point, but steroid injections help almost everyone I know that has been diagnosed with this, although it can take trial and error to find the exact place to put the steroid. I hope no one actually needs this info but, well, there you have it.

Thank you for this! I’m familiar with the SI joint. For me it’s more so my hip flexors that are really weak. The left one more than the right one. Apparently my right leg which is slightly longer than the other one is a little bit stronger and over compensates for the left leg. Which caused my body to look for stability in my pelvic floor. Which causes it to be more tense than most people. My muscles didn’t know how to relax. I had to practice that and gradually stretch them. I went to an orthopedic doctor and he said it was most likely hip impingement and my chiropractor agreed. I will need an X-ray or MRI to confirm. It makes a lot of sense to me because ever since I was a kid I’ve never been able to sit in Indian style comfortably, do cartwheels or the splits without lots of hard work stretching. Left split never happened. All the back pain I was experiencing was due to bones in my neck, spine and ribs being out of place. Dr said my back was like a speed bump and the muscles in my back were like a concrete floor. 🥴You could run your hand across my back and feel the bones sticking out, the spasms were real. Thank God that’s better. Thank you again for this I’m learning a-lot about the SI joint. It’s a beast. I pray that you get some more permanent relief as well. ❤️

@@justkristinchavis Oh my lord, I'm so sorry. That sounds terrible. ❤❤❤ to you. I have a fantastic chiropractor that's doing her best to keep me walking, but that's about the best we can do. As long as I can more faster than an earthworm, I'm good ;-)

@@QuivaRPG It was terrible but I’m much much better. Chiropractors are the real MVPs! Thank you for the love. I pray that you’re able to stay mobile.
