    Thank you for taking the time it took make this. I am a widow brand new grandmother. I've have been looking at this little trailer for a while now because I want to be able to be independent and still go camping. Each video helps with that decision!

    Nice! I just found this. The dumping out of the blue tent was particularly funny. And enjoyed the dog voice overs in the background. Thanks for showing the water hookup. Ive never used that option. Also like where you used the noodles for buffers.
    Thanks!

    Do you you have a video in how to back up the cat to the hitch?

    • @RoughRidersTV
      @RoughRidersTV  2 года назад +1

      No, but it that something you would like to see? Both my current vehicles have back up cameras that help quite a bit. My truck before that did not but I knew the hitch was directly center on the tailgate which had a bolt dead center. So I used that as a guide to get me close enough that I could wiggle the trailer in place pretty easily.

    +1. .. Nice organization details of the campsite & trailer set up. .. My guess is to purchase one of these optioned out CampInn 560's teardrop trailers on the secondary market. .. Read expensive $ ... but what isn't? .. Thanks for the video!

      Thanks for the comment. They can be expensive but they are so well made that they last a long time. They are better built than a lot of bumper pull trailers I've seen

    Thk you for thr helpful tips, I too like the simple 'pool noodle insulation' idea...one of many good tips! Is that Dash Point, WA? Sure looks like their state park!

    Hello. Thanks for the video. Can you tell me where you bought the hardware, i'm looking to mount a couple tables on mine. Thanks!

      Thanks for the comment. As this was built by CampInn, I am not sure where they bought the h/w for that...you might try McMaster-Carr as they carry a lot of misc. items. I am not sure what these would even be called. You could also try contacting Cary at CampInn as they do sell replacement parts.

    Is the tent made by camping or did you make it yourself.

    • @RoughRidersTV

      We made it (well, modified) ourselves. We have a separate video on it in the Camping playlist.

      Jay Taylor Yes, we bought a 560 Ultra, made sure to get your name in there. So, you should be getting your "cut". We love it, and have already spent a couple of nights in it. Our son and is wife and our 18 mo granddaughter also spent two nights in it.. Thanks for your help.

    there are to many tents to put up you might just go tenting in that case.

    • @RoughRidersTV
      @RoughRidersTV  5 лет назад

      Not at all. Typically we use our Eurmax canopy which goes up in about 1 min. The side tent goes up/down in about the same. I set up the screen room because I wasn't sure if there was going to be bugs out but it is also a 1 min. setup. So, spending less than 5 mins to set up a couple of things is faster than setting up a full RV of stuff. Our beds are already setup and ready to go and this is way more comfortable than any tent. I did my years of tent camping...I'm so over it.

    Hi Jay, What dining tent do you use when you aren't expecting rain?

    • @RoughRidersTV
      @RoughRidersTV  6 лет назад

      I just got a new canopy as my previous one collapsed when someone grabbed it while falling. I picked up a Eurmax canopy and it is pretty awesome. I will be posting a review of it soon but it is great during rain or shine.
