Bermuda born & London raised, by day Russ is in the field running Near Mint and representing Discogs across Europe. By night he’s spun parties alongside the OGs of Hip Hop & Soul, a Glastonbury mainstay and Soho Radio resident who keeps dance floors moving from London to Lisbon.
Foundation Street Soul to timeless R&B steppers via dance-floor Gospel for good measure, this sound is a real sweet spot for me and wanted to champion some known and some lesser known records that share that same sonic space.
