Many thanks to all of you for listening and commenting! It's amazing that my music is now being re-discovered after all these decades! The synth that I'm using is a Yamaha CS30L and my main fx was a Watkins Copycat. ❤
And this just auto-queued for me.. Grand Wisdom of The Algorithm, Almighty 🙏 ...or something like that Intriguing first track 👍 I'll keep listening... This has a proto-electronic, sci-fi music thing going on, but more 'prog' B)
No idea how this popped up in my feed, but it's rad. Stuff like this was the seed for the huge resurgence in "dungeon synth" stuff we're seeing right now, also spurred on by people wanting cool fantasy game soundtracks for their D&D games.
What I've noticed is that this man understands how you use rhythm. For all the musical trickery that happens, it's welded solid to a tight and undisturbed base of percussion/drums/bells. Just listen to the bell in 'Gates of Babylon'. 🤩 Been tapping my foot non-stop. 🙌
Many thanks for listening and commenting - even the sequences I played by hand back then (couldn't afford a sequencer!) which helped give me that sense of rhythm 🙂
wow...this music really escalates!! you should've been writing film scores or computer game music with skills like this...amazing soundscapes and progressions...having this on in the background turns your whole world into a fantasy...it's amazing...thank you :)
Right at the first listening in love with Sirius. Sounding really good ... Through Mist with Alignments also very powerful! The whole album here is great.
Hey Steve, I still have this and the Evocations cassette I bought from you years ago stored away in a box with all my other cassettes. The home produced artwork, by you wife I think, always fascinated. I do play this album from time to time rerecorded on minidisc at the time, it always reminded me of Phaedra by TD 🤗 cheers.
haven't heard anything quite like this man, so glad i got recommended this. think i'm gonna listen to the rest of this as soon as part one ends, cause this is great for drawing expressions for characters to, helps the creative juices flow and everything.
AMAZING!! and Super Creative Electronic Space Synth Music classic 80s what brought me here is the music of WOLFGANG BOCK - " CYCLES Pt. 2 and CYCLES Pt. 1 from 1980

Saludos.

If you're here, you've got your algorithm dialed in right.
Going to check out your bandcamp, this is awesome.

Reminds me of old science fiction stuff like Stargate & Battlestar Galactica. It's definitely one of my new favorite albums.
Many thanks Kris - glad you like it!

Need as a Cd. Pure thrill and artistry!
Reminds me of an album i heard years ago, IN SEARCH OF ANCIENT GODS/absolute elsewhere. Like that i find the music haunting ❤

So it came naturally, in a way. I salute you for having a minimal setup, yet producing these rich tones. 🙌
This is so cool, cheers from Ireland

Nadie dijo que copia excesivamente a Tangerine Dream? Se tenía que decir, y se dijo!
Su estilo, pero no una pista específica, hay una diferencia...
