while it does only work for japanese vocaloids right now, it wouldn't surprise me if they made english capability possible due to the large english following of the vocaloid fandom. also, if you have a Japanese vocaloid as well as an enlgish one you can make the Japanese one sing it then edit the vsqx to have english lyrics with an english vocaloid singing it.
