Duplexer paper jam SOLVED!!!!!!!! Even though I didn't understand the language, the video showed me how to remove the duplexer bottom piece which let me get the paper out easily. Thanks!

sir all gear ok par fir vi duplex printing nahi ho raha hein, 1 side hone ke bad paper ander jate jate fir ruk ke jam ho raha hein ky kare please help me if you can

sir mere phela paper 2 side ho jata hai or jab dusra paper ka 1 side hota hai to 2 side ander jati hai to adhi hi jati hai or 2 side par nhi kuch likh pata blank hi bharr aa jata hai or 2 side paper jam screen par show karna lagta hai or jab main tray ko open karke close karta hun piche wali ko to fir se chale lag jata hai or fir 2 side paper jam batane lag jata hai kya problema hai sir plz bataiya
