I was diagnosed with mm may 2021. I have active mm. I see a dr at Dana Farber and Lahey clinic burlington ma for my treatment. I am a 69 yr old female. Not giving up🙏
Ask your doctor to review the research on Quercetin as a possible means of treatment. It is found in apples and has no side effect. Hope you get well soon.
My husband died in his thirties from Multiple Myeloma , and my daughters lost their father. He became very stooped . A blood test for taking up a position in Saudia Arabia picked up this condition. He was told it was rare in someone so young.
Given the recent acknowledgement that the renal "correction" for African Americans is not based on science and led to under diagnosing renal disease, how would that change these results and estimation of MGUS/MM diagnosis in that population?
Can I participate in the screening if I am an EU citizen? Or is there Eu screening study currently being done in the EU? I live in the Netherlands. My father passed away in 2013 due to Multiple Myeloma. He was a South African citizen. I am awaiting your response. Thank you so much.
You will need to go through the healthcare channels in your region as our organization serves the United States. Just for information, there is a group called the European Myeloma Network (myeloma-europe.org), who have clinical trial listings, but no screening for precursor conditions are listed today. Not to say there may not be one in the future. Hope this helps!

Please speak a little slower. It's a lot of info to take in even with rewinding.
You can slow the narration in settings, upper right on screen. 👍
