I miss MLP FIM It's the best show ever and I will never forget it. The show taught me about friendship and how to be a good friend and I've come so far. I'm so lucky to have a group of best friends and together we're like the mane 6 but IRL personalities may differ but we each represent an element of harmony/friendship. Sadly two of my best friends that I've known for almost 3 years are moving to another part of the country which is Ontario and we live in British Columbia we had so many memories It will be my very last time seeing them on October 24th, 2020.

Fluttershy represents the original show and the first seasons, the seasons that made fans fell in love with it. Rarity represents change as well as the later seasons as the stories became more story driven and continuity heavy. Rainbow Dash represents the fandom and the people having fun with the show. Both with memes and merchandise. Applejack represents the style of the show as well as its connectivity to the other materials, be it the Equestria Girls, The Movie or Pony Life. Also the connection to the past and future generation. Pinkie Pie represents the popularity of the show and how much people love it. But also how the numbers doesn't matter as long as the fans get along and be friends with each other.
And the new generation seems abit awful to me cause there isnt a new pony there that represents applejack, Theres only five of them and there characters match with the mane 6 except AJ, If aj represents style of the show etc, then i dont think the new generation has any style for me.

I love how the show started with a book and ended with a book too... Which I will never forget (I mean all of those seasons, fighting scenes and episodes were like 'MEMORIES' in a story book... It was so emotional ngl :) ❤
I got into the show back in September 2011 and it became one of, if not my favorite cartoon. Plus I had a lot of fun cosplaying Discord. It was kinda sad to see the show end but I'm glad it ended on a high note rather than going on for too long and getting stale but I'll never forget the great memories I had with this show.

I really really like the way you combined the show bible, the feel of the "leaks", the concept of the fandom intertwined with the show and the older cartoons and other similar themes in a super concise way. The attention to detail is so good. All these little things that you'd only get if you were actually along for the ride.
I remember seeing this show a whole decade ago when I was like 8 years old. Now here I almost ready to head off to college and listening to this song. Which carries more weight here than when it initially came out. My heart weeps with nostalgia with this show and it’s characters being constant companions of mine in a time I wasn’t that sociable. Now here I am, with close pals of my own that I can rely on. We may not always be able to hang out now but that doesn’t mean I still can’t communicate with them. It may have been for kids but that doesn’t mean I have to forget the joy it brought me when I was one or carry it with me still.

I kept my composure until "The Ride Never Ends" that made me wanna cry. Didn't remember this specific EGQ song so the fact a more trivial song from the franchise can still remind us that the fact we had this zeitgeist alone is something that should be cherished even if it'll never be replicated.

This is some real honest, yet heartfelt recap of both the show and the fandom. Great idea and execution imo. It just seems so... complete. An impressive thing to pull off in only 2 minutes of screen time.
I hope the brony fandom never ends. It seems to be carrying on. However a lot of fandoms have an ending. The fnaf fandom was extremely large but now it's nearly gone. I hope that the bronies never disappear. It is extremely hard to come by really great fandoms. If you have considered watching MLP but you never have. Please do so and join the herd. If you don't wanna do either of those things then that's fine too. Just know that I wish for the fandom to stay.
No fandom really dies. They calm down, some go into hiatus while others get rediscovered or even rebooted, but if you know where to look you can find them all alive and prospering to various degrees. Fandoms live as long as they have fans.
This is so amazing. I had to pause so much just to take it all in. I joined the fandom at age 9 thanks to a McDonald’s toy I wanted to understand, and it quite literally consumed my life from 9-14. My friends and I had a fan club where we would actually casually cosplay and LARP the ponies, and when they moved on and I felt judgment from everyone around me, I left, just as I got the opportunity to fulfill my dream of going to Bronycon for my 14th birthday. Shortly after, I left the fandom and started hating MLP and blamed it for my loneliness and awkwardness. Then I turn 18, and thanks to a post on instragram mentioning the show’s recent end, I caught up on 4 years of content in a couple days and realized it still made me happy, even if I had a hard time admitting it. I went to college and met a girl who wasn’t ashamed for being a fan, so I decided I shouldn’t be, either, and bought hundreds in Fluttershy merch that month. I’m so proud and happy to be back, it makes me indescribably happy. I wish I’d never left. I loved this video, thank you so much, and happy 10 years everyone!! I missed you all so much!

It's funny how a kids show about friendship morphed into a beautiful place where talents all of kinds, whether it be music, art, voice work, and so much more blossomed due to how it connected with so many people. This show managed to spark thousands - no - _hundreds of thousands_ of friendships, and I can't think of any other show that managed to show its point so well to the point that it directly inspired everyone who watched it. MLP: FiM is so amazing, especially since it stemmed from one of the most pandering and uninspired piece of crap, into a well developed world with sympathetic and three dimensional main characters that can make anybody's heart warm. Thanks to Lauren Faust and all the writers who worked on the show that made it spectacular. Thanks for changing so many lives for the better. I will not forget what you taught me, and I'm sure many others won't either.

It's funny how a kids show about friendship morphed into a beautiful place where talents all of kinds, whether it be music, art, voice work, and so much more blossomed due to how it connected with so many people. This show managed to spark thousands - no - _hundreds of thousands_ of friendships, and I can't think of any other show that managed to show its point so well to the point that it directly inspired everyone who watched it. MLP: FiM is so amazing, especially since it stemmed from one of the most pandering and uninspired piece of crap, into a well developed world with sympathetic and three dimensional main characters that can make anybody's heart warm. Thanks to Lauren Faust and all the writers who worked on the show that made it spectacular. Thanks for changing so many lives for the better. I will not forget what you taught me, and I'm sure many others won't either.
