you don't over obsess over anything or anyone , it's not healthy focus on you and be spiritual not religious , there are many who go to church and yet they are religious and not spiritual , some pastors are that way, God will bring it to light , self love and self care is important for welling being , if you have self care and make you're own happiness then how much more can you bring that to others, speak the truth God bless you
