❤ I don’t know why I became a very fearful rider too. I can not canter. I manage to ask the horse to canter once out of 5 tries. When do manage to get into canter I bounce and I grip with my legs. From there the only way to stay on is to stand up until the the horse goes back to trotting 😢 a helping visual video of someone who struggles with the same and you talking to them would help so much. Maybe I get some answers in this video ❤❤❤❤
