If you don’t know this, the devs rigs the chest so that everyone gets a certain item/gun first before getting ultimatum. That means you would have to spend tons and tons of keys to collect the weapons of the entire super chest in order to get ultimatum.
This video was shot in February but I haven't gotten many ultimatums yet but if you want to come back I can help you with some things Other than that, what you said is true, PG brings the ultimate at an untimely pace and makes it harder to get it.
