@TakeLifeBack maybe you're depressed because you hate your job. A negative thought produces a negative mindset, probably why alot of people are "depressed". Or are acting fake to yourself, no good. everyday is a battle you just choose weather or not depression wins. lets face it, everyone to some degree has seen some shit or had shit happen to em. If you dont like something about your lifestyle change it, whether it takes a week, a month, a year.

Some people don't know what will make them happy, you can have everything you think you need to be happy and still not be happy. The reason they fall into depression is because they never found anything that made them happy. Society these days is very cold and reaching out for help can be hard. You don't want the mindset that you have to change your life to be happier. Just do something you wouldn't normally do every now and then. Take a risk, say yes to going out with that one friend that invites you and you always say no to. It might be the best thing you've done. Just don't have any expectations.

Some of my hardest feelings to deal with are knowing that behind the cries for help disguised as a suicide threat there is a mountain of work I need to do inside to make it through this life. It feels so difficult these days but even a small hope is that someone reads this and knows that from what feels like a rock bottom deeper than I knew possible, there is still love and even hope in the form of reaching out to other people. there is value in this world 💗
