Signalling from Murrurundi to Werris Ck with Semaphores.

I have replaced the colour light signals on my Main North, with Semaphores and divided the section from Murrurundi to Werris Creek, in two using the longer Loop at Pangela instead of the shorter Loops at Ardglen. This division provides more operator flexibility. To control the Semaphores, Points and Occupancy, I used a Tam Valley Octopus III, NCE BD20 Occupancy Detectors a couple of relays and 7 Diodes (for occupancy control).
