In 2 players, there is no wind direction that isn't going towards any player (since one player is in the SE and the other is in the NW, so N, E, S, and W are all covered). Hope that helps!

I know this is like 4 years too late but you shouldn't won when you did because you cannot build firebreaks in the tower
Explosions are the one exception and allow you to place a firebreak inside the tower.
