Sure does, that was the plan with these two! It was cool of Rapido to offer the sequential road numbers so it just felt right to have one of each to pair up
It's actually surprisingly heavy, well weighted. I don't have a small scale to give the exact weight, but from running the BNSF version for a few weeks, these have some very nice pulling power
Exciting stuff! Can't wait for the next video!
Thank you!
That's so cool that they sent you a hopper too
Right? I thought I got one of their mystery boxes by mistake! So happy to have it
I like your taste for supper detail mobels, keep them videos coming!!
Will do, thank you! Everything I've been buying recently has looked so good!
That hopper looks great, I may have to get one.
Same here, I think I may have to pick up another 2 or 3 in the future as well!
I had a friend reprogram my beacon. It works great.
I love it, it looks so good! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fix it myself (ended up being a wiring issue) but glad it's working now
Very neat to see Burlington Northern 2158 and BNSF (Former Burlington Northern) 2157 pulling together. looks like 1998.

@ very cool indeed. My 2150 doesn’t have a beacon but I can do the same thing luckily.

The B end of the hopper car is the one with the brake wheel.
Ah gotcha, had a 50/50 chance and I picked wrong!
dajoe... hearing your comments is tough with the engine volume up as high as it is, still a nice report !!!
Apologies about that, will try to fix that for next time!
Bro, I sure wouldn't run my expensive locomotives on that carpeted floor. Love my GP-38 from Rapido as well.
Yeah, it's definitely not an ideal situation so I'm being very careful. I really need to sort out my layout plans asap
just from taking the lid off. that is looking awfuly like a light weight engine.

@@da-joe-trains I like my old proto 2000 sd60 by lifelike, she's a beast.
Proto 2000s are solid runners, sort of like an Athearn blue box but with much better detail
@@da-joe-trains thanks and I like the weight of mine 28 oz
