Great content JP! Your enthusiasm is contagious. You got major league skills. I live in Utah now but I had an office on Directors Row there in Orlando. My 2 grandchildren that live in Florida both work at Plubix. Best store there is.
Hey there Joe, thanks for stoping by. That combo of seasoning will blow your mind, it was amazing. In the offset I can probably fit comfortably 12 large packerd briskets. thanks again.
Thanks John. Appreciate the compliment. There is an end of the year sale going on right now. 20% off is automatically applied at checkout. Appreciate the support.
Amazing. My mouth literally watered and I said OMG by myself when you cut into it. By the way, in SFL and yes Publix is the only place to shop. Period.
Your Awesome Brother....Happy New Year to you and yours! Checked out your Amazon’s link and your website, was curious about your rubs, thanks for the ingredients and that there is no MSG....This Prime Rib looked awesome!!! Curious what’s in your beef rub as the ingredients weren’t available. Also curious if you like the LSG offset or insulated smoker better? Thanks again and God Bless Brother! 👊🙏🇺🇸
Thanks Bobby, appreciate that very much. Appreciate it you bringing it to my attention, did not realize I was missing the ingredients on the website. You can find the new screen shot of the ingredients on the web site jp-bbq.com/products/jp-steak-seasoning thanks again.
Both are very good smokers. The Insulated Smoker is more versatile cause you can use it as a water smoker and experiment with different flavors. I just smoked a picnic shoulder and used water and beer and the flavor was phenomenal. Thanks for asking and appreciate you watching.
Yo JP. I've been watching your vids for a bit now and I live here in the central Florida area too. I saw this steak roast on your video today and was gonna message you and ask you what butcher you go to and then you said that Publix and I was like no way cause I work a half mile from there on Oak Water. That was an awesome cut of meat. And I've been looking for post oak but you said you use the local oak. So what oak do you use?
Thanks Eric, appreciate you watching and commenting. When you go to the Publix you will have to ask the butcher for the cut. They normally don’t have Prime out in the case, sometimes they do but not always. I get my wood locally from a guy out on the east side of town. Not sure what kind of oak it is but it’s a white oak probably a bur oak. Thanks again.
AMAZING!!!!!
Thank you Celeste.
JP , you are the best !
Thank you very much, that is very much appreciated.

Looks awesome JP; I’m gonna follow your rub recipe on my ribeyes this New Year’s Eve 👍🏽
Appreciate the compliment Joe. The two paired together on beef is like no other. Thanks for the support.
Loved the look of that cook.
Question JP since you have both an offset and insulated vertical smoker from LSG: which smoker produces the best flavor?
Both are very good smokers. The Insulated Smoker is more versatile cause you can use it as a water smoker and experiment with different flavors. I just smoked a picnic shoulder and used water and beer and the flavor was phenomenal. Thanks for asking and appreciate you watching.

Only vegans thumbs down. That roast looks amazing! Wow. Look at those juices!
Bro, It was mind blowing. Appreciate you watching.
Jaun, do you aways put water in your offset?
Not always. I use it more of a traditional style smoker.
I did two of these for christmas. 4.99 per pound. Couldnt pass it up. Cane out amazing.
Best cut of meat, that is for sure. Appreciate the comment and thanks for watching.
I know that shit is good 👍
It was blow your mind good. Thanks for watching and appreciate the compliment.
