1:08:47 Warning! If you're more focused on endurance then low weight high reps is the way to go. But overdoing that may cause you to lose your muscle mass. On the other hand, if you're more focused on strength then high weigh low reps. For that you have to introduce progressive overload. It means increasing weight gradually while keeping the rep count between 8-12 per set.
if we(BD) want to move away from dollar we will have to increase export in different countries other than European countries and the US. if india wants us to buy its goods from it using rupee, we will have to have enough rupees. but entering their market is a challenge when they are so far ahead than us. goods will be more expensive in our country if the government decides to buy a bunch of rupees. so for now we should not stray from dollar and diversify our exports. the BRICS countries are challenging. Russia is rich in resources, India and China are already economically powerful enough. so small countries like us with little to offer will be smashed in no time if we take radical decisions. (just my opinion)
bhaia I believe like Shihab , there are many calibers countrywidee,, we just dont know how to complete the whole process where even sat type examinations arenot even required to obtain 100 percent scholarship .. we demand the whole process to be elaborated from shihab ;)

if you want to get peace ,first of all you must have to be connected with ALLAH....But you people never talk about islam and allah...rather you people sometimes talk about things like which is contradictory to islam ...if so i don't care whoever you are...hopefully say, one day some youngsters will talk about islam to reach out to the young generations...then surely, your market will collapse
Thoroughly relatable to the last part! Fahad Bhai made a point that resonated deeply with me. I too suffer from the "WINY" feeling, constantly rushing and never taking a moment to reflect on my situation. It can be overwhelming, leading me to believe that a strong espresso shot will get me through it all in an hour. But that just builds negative momentum and releases more cortisol, leaving me feeling drained. So I've started taking long walks at night to think and refuel with some fresh air. I've come to realize that fear is driving me, and upon digging deeper, I discovered that I am demotivated by doing the same types of work without much growth where I have got a lot to get done at the same time. Seam Bhai's thoughts were also quite insightful. Exercise and relaxation are crucial to reducing pressure and increasing productivity. I couldn't agree more with his wise words, and I believe that they will have a significant impact. Sadman bhai's words also hit home. I can relate to the feeling of being unproductive & and consuming so much and then not expressing myself to a community I mean talking to people is a struggle. We all need a community where we can speak freely and without hesitation. For me moving to a new city and not having many people around was very isolating, but I've found that attending stand-up comedy shows in Gulshan is an excellent way to lift my spirits, Recommended only physical presence, not the ones we see online. Overall, the episode was a fantastic and relatable one for professionals like us. Thank you all for sharing your experiences and insights. Let's continue to support each other in our journeys!

Be fearless; there is nothing you can lose, so take the biggest risk that you can imagine and just pray to Allah, then give your best.
