I’ve got a vac to waste pump set up like that too. Worked great in your pool. Larger vac head helps speed it up a bit. Good video 👍
i can never get them kind to prime. ive even installed check valves it always has a hard time pulling the water up to ledge of pool and ive even bought a 1.5 hp. does it really take that long maybe i just never gave it time. it seemed as though you may have waited a long time . I was thinking of buying an advantage manufacturing portvac system or vac daddy vac 2 waste

Thanks for watching. Comments like yours make me want to post more. One of my ex employees is from your area and now he runs his own business up here. He says you guys get a lot of sand and dirt out that way. A port a vac is a must
pool edges need to be raised.. it would cut down on the dust depositing.
How did you wire your pump up if you don’t mind me asking?
It came wired with the standard 220 plug. I’m no electrician but there’s 3 Wires that connect directly to the pump.
What type of pump are you using?
Hayward power flo LX
Is that an above ground pool pump?
