I just finally wanted to say what a great job you do delivering all these videos! You are always informative, fair, funny and most of all honest!! Thanks so much for pumping it out with a cold no less!! We all love yuh!
Good Morning Josh! Got to meet you yesterday at the Novi Camper Show. Was a great surprise. I was telling one of the sales reps that I watch your videos all the time and you were right behind us. Trying to work on a deal to hopefully get us in a new camper!
I recently looked at two 2024 GD here in Tucson. The ones I toured had poor fit and finish. Gaps in steps to the wall and gaps in cabinetry. I told the salesman that someone left a glass of water on the counter. He said, oh we leave that in here so we have moisture to prevent the cabinets from cracking. He actually told me that. Thank you for your videos. I learn a lot from them.
@JoshtheRVNerd Why don't you talk about it then? When did they start plumbing them right and how are they doing it? I have a 22 and it's all pex to flex.
Josh, I tapped you on the shoulder and said hello at the RV show in Novi today, sorry if I startled you 😕. Want to say thank you again for this channel, it's my favorite update every day. Hope you get to take a break with family after what I'm sure was a long and tiring RV show.
I really like the 2470bh! The garbage can down in the counter is a nice feature. Unlike the 2400bh it gives you more camp side viewing. Can't wait for the video on it!
Thank you sir, you do good work. Can't wait to the individual videos when you have them completed. On the 2 bedroom unit, twin beds would be a nice family option.
Definitely love seeing all the couple’s RV’s. Specially 5th wheel options around the 29-34ft range. There are so many options out there. Have you ever done comparison videos?
That 322fkts is like my favorite rockwood. They his and hers closet with the window in the middle is what I’ve been waiting for. Really would love a longer tour of this model.
Wow! Some really good stuff coming from Grand Design, we're very excited to see feature length walkthoughs on almost all of these, though the other half says we especially need to see "the one that was six trailers ahead of the one that was on the screen" when she was talking. Good luck with that one, I feel your pain. Oh yeah, when Steve the Stovetop is above a microwave like he was in one of the Transcends, it gave him a really big mouth. I instantly thought of Cookie Monster. Super good stuff, can't wait to see more! Thanks as always, Uncle Josh!

@@JoshtheRVNerd I just seen that keystone is making a flat black raptor 352 toy hauler. I think it looks better than the black midnight edition keystone cougar. That would be a nice one to see a review on as well.
OK, I absolutely love just about everything that grand designs putting out nowadays. And I do hope that the quality is coming back. As for what I would like to see you cover, I would love to see you cover definitely some of the smaller grand designs, and the reason why is because Right now I have a Tacoma, but I’m thinking seriously about getting at least a half ton. I’ve never been real crazy about the monster houses on wheels but if you wanna cover those, I will definitely watch. To me they’re just a bit too big and when I go camping, I want to go camping lol. As always, Josh thank you so much for what you do, I truly look forward to seeing your videos on these trailers. Because as I continue to go along to try to figure out what I’m going to finally get, I feel like I have all the information and knowledge I will need to make a great decision on a great camper. We really like Grand Design. We won't buy one until they put a back door on the bunk models and a flip up bottom bunk. We don't want to carry our electric bikes in the truck and need an easy way to load them in the camper. Please make the door wide enough to load a tote. Love you, Josh!
@@JoshtheRVNerd Definitely! Next to the ABS and Anti Sway I think the suspension and frame advancements will really improve the ownership experience and longevity of the unit!
Can't do it on my phone, but on the computer, when you fast forward the model number index shows up at the bottom of the screen. So, anytime there's white behind it, it kind of disappears. I'll message you a pic@JoshtheRVNerd
If possible some more roomy couples campers. Thanks Uncle Josh for always getting us the great footage and info on the industry, thanks again from 2 parts of the #NerdHerd
Did they finally get rid of the carpet slide in the 2800BH???? We're looking to upgrade from our Jay Feather Micro 171BH and the list is the new Jay Feather 27BH (not BHB) and Cougar 30BH. Would love to add the 2800BH to that list if they make that slide carpetless! 😁
Josh, what I would like to know is if Gra d Design has addressed the frame issues through out their 2025 5th wheels. Are they addressing the roof membrane from blowing up when traveling. Thank you for all your information.
That was something really occurring only a pretty small number of their very large fifth wheel and really never affected their brand overall. Although that’s never how it was ever presented to the public. They’ve absolutely been making efforts to prevent and eliminate anything and have greatly stepped up on their warranty side of things to take care of folks who have invested in a grand design.

Fantastic! We’re really interested in this as it’s different! Very curious how the L shaped sofa works with the slide..is it all one piece that moves in, or does the end piece ‘fold’ in somehow, if that makes any sense. I’ll be watching for that video!
Josh did you say that the 2025 Imagines (not the Aim or XLS) now have solid surface countertops? Game changer! Could you do an update on the 2500RL? I have 2020 2500RL and like the new features enough to make me think about getting a newer model… Now if they could get the TV to drop down (so it’s not a neck wrecker), and trade the placement of the dining table and couch as an option, they just might sell me another 2500RL.
Josh, I hope you get to feeling better soon. to answer your early question in the video, we would like to see more on the new Solitude 370DV. Also, confused about the comment on the curt touring coil suspension. You made it sound like it is not good for larger RVs. But I believe Lippert/Curt is recommending it for big RV's with 8k axles.
A traditional torsion systems like rockwood uses stops working as well on the big heavy stuff. maybe that's what I was referring to? I can't remember exactly what I said and considering how medicated I was it's possible i just mis-spoke
If a tow vehicle has built-in anti-sway (the Ford Ranger does this by modulating the ABS system) does that work with the anti-sway trailer, or do they work independently but well together, or does one system have to be disabled?
The big surge of that was actually a supplier related issue. A supplier started sending the metric size hoses for imperial size fittings and things weren’t clamping up properly. Obviously they’ve addressed that but have also been improving their fittings in general since.
I LOVE front windows. I LOVE Grand Designs floorplans & look. Do they ever plan on introducing front windows on their Imagine/Transcend lines? I will be looking at their Serenova to see if it will work for me. Because, windows. 😊
The imagine Murphy bed, worries me. Most of us full timers, change out our mattresses for a Brooklyn bedding RV mattress. Will they fit in these Murphy beds?
Is there anyway you can give your views a heads up of when shows are happening? Or where can a person go to find a list of when shows are happening in the US?
Would like to see more of the Trancend 161bh. Hoping they have a spray port near that griddle. Also, hoping the 2025 21bhe finally gets a rear cargo door. Any updates to the AIM 16BL? With a few tweaks that RV will be amazing. Are they ever going to go full Azdel across there line??
Please help me find the camper for both my hubby and I can both can finally agree on! Best outdoor kitchen with dinette with weight of less than 8000 lbs
There are no allowances for that. Thankfully this year they did upgrade to mor/ryde suspension. hangers would have to be added to the chassis to support the shocks While that's possible doing so after the fact would void your factory frame warranty
Getting my 3rd Grand Design, a 2025 295RL. Will be off the line around the end of October. I saw in your video that the 150 series now ships with Curt suspension with the coil springs and gas shocks. All the videos and pictures I can find on the 2025 just shows the MORryde suspension. Also can’t find any info on Grand Designs website. When did they change over and is there any documentation from Grand Design about this. Thanks and always enjoy and benefit from your insight and research.

I love this unit! 332FKTS. Space, decor, layout - awesome! I don’t remember seeing this floor plan before. Perhaps the lovely execution here is what triggered my brain. 😊
322FKTS - I’m entirely for what the extra 5ft give you. Personally, I’m a tiny camper only buyer but if I’m someone with the requisite tow vehicle already, the extra length/weight is something I’d deem worth it all day long.
Great job on the fly-by! But - Wha happened to the xls 17 MKE? We're a senior couple looking for the dual axles, murphy bed, recliners, no dinette, no bunk flioor plan AND (in case that wasn't enough) trying to keep it under 21-22ft. Help?
Thanks for the great videos. Can you find out from GD why nearly all of their Imagine / XLS / AIM line of travel trailer models for 2025 have a higher hitch weight, higher UVW, and consequently lower CCC compared with the exact same 2024 model?
It appears that none of the new GD models have the heated/vibrated sofas anymore. Any word on why? I'd also love to see reviews on those more affordable 5th wheels.
@@JoshtheRVNerd I’m excited to see what they’ve upgraded and changed, if anything. Also, if you did the 2600/2800 combo in 1 video again like you did earlier this year, that’d probably be what the people want to see. But then I KNOW you’ve already thought of that! Lol!

I LOVE front windows. I LOVE Grand Designs floorplans & look. Do they ever plan on introducing front windows on their Imagine/Transcend lines? I will be looking at their Serenova to see if it will work for me. Because, windows. 😊
i haven't heard of any chatter related to that so i don't think it's really on their radar
The imagine Murphy bed, worries me. Most of us full timers, change out our mattresses for a Brooklyn bedding RV mattress. Will they fit in these Murphy beds?
I dont have good answers there. I've wondered the same thing
Would love to see more solitude floor plans. I like rear kitchens or front kitchens
Noted!
Is there anyway you can give your views a heads up of when shows are happening? Or where can a person go to find a list of when shows are happening in the US?
Actually yes! Bookmark this link: www.bishs.com/blog/bishs-rv-shows/
We keep that updated with events
Would like to see more of the Trancend 161bh. Hoping they have a spray port near that griddle. Also, hoping the 2025 21bhe finally gets a rear cargo door.
Any updates to the AIM 16BL? With a few tweaks that RV will be amazing.
Are they ever going to go full Azdel across there line??
havent heard about full azdel quite yet
Please help me find the camper for both my hubby and I can both can finally agree on! Best outdoor kitchen with dinette with weight of less than 8000 lbs
Surveyor 252rble or freedom express 252rbs perhaps?
Hey Josh with the imagine 22mle the suspension can you get shocks to help with a better ride
There are no allowances for that. Thankfully this year they did upgrade to mor/ryde suspension. hangers would have to be added to the chassis to support the shocks
While that's possible doing so after the fact would void your factory frame warranty
@@JoshtheRVNerd im looking at a winnebago 2730rl and it has that same style of suspension and didnt know how to make it better
Actually, looking for a toy box 5th wheel, less than 30 feet looking for your recommendations
FW haulers almost never come in that size
This is the only one I can think of that’s close

Getting my 3rd Grand Design, a 2025 295RL. Will be off the line around the end of October. I saw in your video that the 150 series now ships with Curt suspension with the coil springs and gas shocks. All the videos and pictures I can find on the 2025 just shows the MORryde suspension. Also can’t find any info on Grand Designs website. When did they change over and is there any documentation from Grand Design about this. Thanks and always enjoy and benefit from your insight and research.
I'm not sure when it may be hitting production but what I was told was "now standard for 2025 on all reflection 150's"
Have you seen the new Grand Design Solitude 388MBS? I’d love to see your review on that model. We ordered one to replace our 370FLS.
I literally J U S T recorded one two days ago! I'm working on the footage. It'll be a while before I can get it out but I''ll get you a look
It's *awesome* btw :)
Looking forward to seeing your review!
I love this unit! 332FKTS. Space, decor, layout - awesome! I don’t remember seeing this floor plan before. Perhaps the lovely execution here is what triggered my brain.
😊
rockwood kind of started it. Now brands like surveyor also have a version. each has their own little things
Josh have you heard anything from Grand Design about improvements to the frame build on their larger 5th wheels?
theyve been bulking up as needed
322FKTS - I’m entirely for what the extra 5ft give you. Personally, I’m a tiny camper only buyer but if I’m someone with the requisite tow vehicle already, the extra length/weight is something I’d deem worth it all day long.
Awesome good to know and understand
More toy haulers without the bendy bead. The 29GS looks nice. Great to have another bed option like that aside from the 27G
I feel like the word is getting out on that bendy bed
Great job on the fly-by! But - Wha happened to the xls 17 MKE? We're a senior couple looking for the dual axles, murphy bed, recliners, no dinette, no bunk flioor plan AND (in case that wasn't enough) trying to keep it under 21-22ft. Help?
We still build the 17MKE!
The 17MKE Is still CRAZY popular. I just didn't peek it on this quick vid
Glad to see a move away from the happy jack beds. Did they switch to a Lippert Euro Loft? Those seem so much nicer.
Basically something like that
I'd love detailed reviews of the Serenova line!
Roger that!
Thanks for the great videos. Can you find out from GD why nearly all of their Imagine / XLS / AIM line of travel trailer models for 2025 have a higher hitch weight, higher UVW, and consequently lower CCC compared with the exact same 2024 model?
They bulked up on some structure in some areas which eats into the other factors. New chassis/running gear/hardware/etc added up
It appears that none of the new GD models have the heated/vibrated sofas anymore. Any word on why?
I'd also love to see reviews on those more affordable 5th wheels.
Unsure.. maybe a supplier thing?
We are interested in the Imagine 2920 BS as a possible upgrade. Could you please do a review on it?
Will do!
@JoshtheRVNerd we love watching your videos. We have a imagine xls 23lde
Imagine 2600RB and the 2670MK please!! Thank you Sir!
Roger that
@@JoshtheRVNerd I’m excited to see what they’ve upgraded and changed, if anything. Also, if you did the 2600/2800 combo in 1 video again like you did earlier this year, that’d probably be what the people want to see. But then I KNOW you’ve already thought of that! Lol!
I can’t choose between them Josh, I’ll watch whichever ones you decide to cover. #rvnerdherd #nerdherd
Roger that!
This is like when two people ask each other what they want for dinner and they're just like "i dunno what do you want"
@@JoshtheRVNerd I wouldn’t care as long as it wasn’t me cooking! 🤣
Want to see more Seronova!
:)
I like the reflection 100 and 150 5th wheels for more indepth videos.
Roger
Would love to see more of the Serenova, and the 14MS.
We have the 2024 14MS and LOVE IT!
roger that!
Any chance you could do the 350G ?
I can watch for one!
Does Grand design still make the Momentum MAV series? Didn't see it in you video.
They do, but they seem to be absolutely nothing new there so I kind of glazed past them
24MAV is new this year!
2670mk--or a couple of the full Imagines. Mainly because I want to know your thoughts on that new flooring.
I loved all of the updates…until I saw the flooring. It looks like an old warehouse’s flooring. I am not going to buy enough rugs to cover it up. 😢
I'm not someone with major opinions usually on visually elements other than just generally preferring lighter decors. I've seen some mixed feedback on that flooring
What is the smallest grand design with a separate bedroom?
