Measures 1 to 12 are the most optimistic, charming version of the song I have ever heard.
You have chosen the mid and high range rather than the bass notes, and you've increased the tempo slightly. This has turned a song which I used to find a bit sluggish (sorry, George & Ira) into something I really enjoy listening to. Your version is light as a feather and fresh like blossoms in spring.
