    Do you know the lifting capacity of that S330 and the size of the bucket and how much wood that bucket holds?

    • @eliteoutdoors2748
      @eliteoutdoors2748  2 года назад

      The s330 will lift 5,000 lbs. that bucket is 1.8 cubic yd but heaped up will hold over 2yd. A heaped bucket is a face cord or 1/3 of a cord

    • @eliteoutdoors2748

      We also have a t190 bobcat and it will actually handle that bucket. Just can’t dump in taller trucks/trailers

    Do you buy your logs from loggers

    • @eliteoutdoors2748
      @eliteoutdoors2748  3 года назад

      Yes we do. They only bring us Oak, Hickory, and Cherry under 24” diameter. For the most part they do a great job on log selection and they stack it neatly for us around 16’ tall because we have limited space. It’s a great way to get logs that takes us zero time. Just money!

      @@JacobSchmittDeerHuntingSchool firewood is a great business for the winter. We usually sell out every year by New Years and then restock the wood shed by late February. Best of luck to you! My advice is if you plan to scale the business buy the best processor you possibly can. Processors under $50k really aren’t worth having unless all you’re running is perfect 8-10” poles
