It’s holding up great! We’ve had a lot going on this last year or two so I just haven’t kept up with RUclips at all. Sometimes I post on the firewood sites on Facebook so I’ll try to get some updated videos of it running there soon. The processor still runs great and breezes through logs in a hurry!

The s330 will lift 5,000 lbs. that bucket is 1.8 cubic yd but heaped up will hold over 2yd. A heaped bucket is a face cord or 1/3 of a cord

We also have a t190 bobcat and it will actually handle that bucket. Just can’t dump in taller trucks/trailers

We do use a disc cleaner as part of our operation. This video was taken prior. We are always evolving our firewood production process to become more efficient

@@eliteoutdoors2748 Is your disc cleaner / tumbler one made by Multitek? Reason I ask is, Because my 1st cousin bought a new one from them. And absolutely swears by it.

We are working on that with eastonmade now. Should be running higher pressure on the splitter soon

Yes we will. Our plan is to process onto a custom made 16’ horizontal belt conveyor that will basically just be a moving table. That is where the re splits will be processed. Then it will all feed into the eastonmade conveyor and disc cleaner

@@eliteoutdoors2748 yeah your setup looks pretty slick. It’s about the only way you can get good consistent splits in a wedge like this. A grid style wedge may help but not sure EM will be able to fit that style in this splitting chamber. Along with any of these multi wedges is trash. Some like it some don’t. I just remembered when you had to push the stuck piece clear, I asked EM if they would consider putting remote controls by the splitting cylinder. 1) it would help in situations like this…no need to jump in and out of cab or get another person and 2) with the trap door what’s not to say you can’t use the splitting chamber like a normal horizontal splitter?…drop trap door, toss in a chunk, hit remote splitter control…done.

I know we don’t have to struggle with these. I just took this video in an effort to help others. I’m always getting asked how it handles large diameter. We are still just testing the machine. Production is not what I’m focused on at this time. I’ll post another video once we have the buildings, concrete, and full operation setup. The firewood will never touch the ground and rarely be touched by hand. Should be very efficient

@@eliteoutdoors2748 Oh I see, you're just fooling about with it. It's not to often you see someone invest 200K into a set up like this and they just play around with it. I envy you in a big way , that thing is one bad ass play toy. And I'll add that it was cool to see its limitations as I did not think it would have any, not on the splitter least ways.

@@Tonnsfabrication Appreciate it! oh we take the firewood business very seriously. We work hard and sell a lot of firewood, but we do have other businesses and do not want to be forced to cut firewood everyday. That is why we invest. When you can produce 25-30 cords in 1 day you don’t have to cut firewood as many days. These machines free up lots of time for other things.

We have a 16way. I don’t think they make an 18.

Pushing knotty, gnarly wood through a 16way wedge is not easy. Not sure if there’s a processor on the market that’s capable of that. You can find plenty of 16way videos but they are running perfectly straight saw logs. Not sure why everyone tries to hide the true limits of these machines

@@jsanchez3818 if that's the wood you have you might be limited to running a straight split or 4 way and replitting a ton of it if it's bigger stuff, and that would suck. Good luck, Man.

Exactly right. I do appreciate that eastonmade takes the time to engineer a machine that will not just tear itself apart. I would trade having to dislodge a log occasionally over bending a wedge. I would imagine with a 7” splitter cylinder this would have caused permanent damage to the machine

You messaged at a great time. We will be running tomorrow and I’ll put some large diameter on it and take a video. I’ll let you know when I post it. I’ve never run a cord king but I don’t think it’s built quite as heavy as the eastonmade. They do run higher tonnage on the splitting ram. Could have more potential for bending/breaking if the rest of the machine isn’t built to withstand it. I would highly recommend seeing several machines in person before buying if at all possible

@@eliteoutdoors2748 that would be awesome to see, being that it’s either going to be cord king or an eastonmade processor that I purchase. Multitek is outta of the picture do to the pricing. I’ve looked at blockbuster, but came to conclusion that cord king would be the way to go. After reading so many customer reviews on bells machines I’ve decided to pass. After talking with Jermy at Eastonmade he has advised me there have been changes to better this/bells machine. Before putting myself 100k plus in debt I want to be sure I’m purchasing the right firewood processor.

@@jsanchez3818 I posted a video today showing some larger logs running. It is a realistic example. I think eastonmade, miltitek, and cord king are top of the market. You don’t see many honest videos of processors for some reason. They all have their downfalls. I would highly recommend seeing them in person if you can before purchase. Best of luck!

Yeah the chain conveyors are loud. When block goes sideways you turn the log with the log roller function on the joystick. We are a couple innovative guys so we will make whatever equipment we have work for our operation. Still a few tweaks to make to the microwave oven. P.S. - it’s you’re not your

Yes, it will soon be sitting on a concrete floor with a roof over it! Just waiting for city to approve plans..
