Bit of a tip I found for keeping the hides from rotting due to the new update. Keep a collection of hides in your cellar to keep longer until you have a good amount and soak them, soaked hides don't rot and can be stored until needed for future use. They look good as floor decor too, if you try not to think about the fact you just thew soaking wet animal hide on your hardwood floor. Lol.

Well... now I HAVE to make separate room for tanning. Currently I use barrels in my ceiling
I really should have taken the time to make one instead of the sad barrel corner
