Next time you hear someone say techno is boring or techno has no soul, point them here. Truly legendary tune. There is another upload of this track here but this is one is much higher quality.
Yes thank youtube, serially. With all due respect, we owe YT for its global hosting and accessible collection. I'm going to check the O.A. and see if our cut sounds decent as this one ... amazing
I am just as sad as Juan that his music is not understood by the masses, but genius is sometimes hard to grasp :) and I actually own this and other Metroplex tunes on wax back when the brick and mortar record stores existed RIP Sonic Groove NYC!!!! music well worth paying cash for. peace - DJ Andrew S
HOLY SHIT I FOUND IT!!! I had a dream last night that someone ran up to me and was really excited. This song began playing. He was jumpy and telling me “I FOUND ORANGE!!!” And literally RIGHT BEFORE THE MELODY DROPPED I was suddenly surfing on the top of the clouds around sunset. When the clouds were orange. The wind in my face as I was surfing was comfortably cold, and the sun was off in the distance... just... wow. I haven’t heard this song in five years, and somehow I knew exactly what to look up after all this time. So yeah, a dream about orange cloud surfing.
Woefully underrated ('Really nice track. / Not bad') ??? There aren't many that are better IMHO! The crescendos are so huge and emotive, the synths are so futuristic; this is music to dance to in outerspace with the aliens.
no idea what he was thinking when he made this but 4 me it evokes scenes from an iain m banks book. we are the aliens we just havent figured out how to travel. the future is off world.
superb track! Tell me if I am wrong but I think the original release was around 10-20bpm slower and maybe this is the reason it ends up early when you listen it here...
@explosivehotdogs Worked with "Magic Juan " in dublin in 2003-one of the nicest most professional people you could ever meet-apart from being a complete genius and brilliant dj!!
