His fourth run = Only was able to fully understand Wrath's power when Betty was able to see it in action. He literally needed to die to even get info about how Authority of Wrath works, he also couldn't call Reinhardt because the only guy who could call him got brainwashed, Reinhardt's entire existence is also hazardous towards Betty since she's a spirit.
