    Question - How do the real estate agents make their commission if you do a rent to rent or lease option with the landlord. Why would they be willing to put you in contact with the landlord if they don't make a commission.

    Hello Samuel! If you view a property that has land on the side without planning permission, it’s big enough to build at least another 2 houses on the land. However, the existing property has structural issues that are not historical causing the refurb costs to rise. What would you do with this deal? I came across this deal recently! Thanks in advance ✌🏾

    Hey Samuel, I seen that most of Birmingham is article 4 which makes finding a R2R harder. I also tried contacting current HMO listings on spareroom and open rent like you shown us at the millionaire's intensive but no luck. Are there other ways to find good HMO deals and do you think there are enough deals to go around? People usually talk about not having the funds for deals but I seem to be struggling with actually finding deals.

    Ive got a million questions, but I am in the US
    Las Vegas NV . I have 59.00 dollars in the bank. And I am sick and tired of money. Not having it of cource. Can you help me with the first step. And I think it's who do I talk to , to get an educated start. Like contract let. I am not familiar with this term. Nor do I even know if that is something that can be done in the US. But if it can be done here , it's got to be way better than doordashing. Lol
