Apex legends needs to be in your EA library. It DOES NOT have to be downloaded it just needs to be in the library. To do this click download apex on the EA app then cancel your download and apex will appear in your EA library. 2. Why do I need to download this on the r5 launcher if I already have Alex installed? R5 does use the same game files apex does but they use the files from the season 3 build of the game. So yes, you need to redownload the game through the launcher because they are two different versions of apex. 3. Will I get banned if I use my main account? Very very unlikely. No one to my knowledge has ever been banned on real apex from r5. BUT if you want to make a seperate account for r5 it won’t hurt at all. You don’t get any of your items from real apex so better safe than sorry I guess!!! I however do use my main account!!! 4. Is r5 harmful to my pc? To my knowledge no one has ever gotten a virus from r5. I’ve had it for over a year now and it has not caused a single issue on my pc!

my download is taking wayyyyy too long for no reason, like multiple days. When I could definitely download apex in a solid 5-6 hours, still not great but better. Went to sleep last night only to wake up to it stuck half way through the 5th package when it had just stared the 5th package when I went to sleep. Its impossible to keep a download going for multiple days without something striking that forces you to completely restart. I'm on like day 4 of trying to get this to work, the process isn't complicated but the download is just taking an absolute ridiculous amount of time. beyond pissed as I have no idea why I would be able to download at 5-6mbps on steam and MAYBE get 100kbps on the R5 launcher if I'm lucky. And when I get about half way through a package the second half will go very quickly only taking 5 minutes or so, but that's only after the first half has taken 7 hours (not a joke). Please somebody help
The exact same thing is happening with me too. It gets stuck on package 5 for me and I let the download be for hours and hours straight. Taking a terrible amount of time. Hope somebody can help with this issue ://
its because its a zip file so if ur willing to take the risk then you can go into settings turn off a setting, u can search it up but if u dont want to take the risk and remove ur threat blocker, personally i wouldnt turn off just incase but up to u, i hope this helped

@@EL_N0IR_2201 yes! Sorry for the poor explanation. Those steps are correct, but also the sign in aspect i mentioned before was to make sure you are signed in before each time you launch r5 as the r5 launcher uses your EA account :)
every time i started r5 this came up "audio/ship/general_german.mstr" if you see this you need to change the language to englisch when you install apex on EA and uninstall
@@InfyPooh damn. another question tho. Does the r5loaded require update every now and then like the game ? or its just one download and it never request u to update ?. sry for annoyment,but i live in a country where the internet is limited and expensive so i need to count for everything

I’d assume you either just set it to the d drive via EA app. Or make sure launcher is downloaded on D drive

Yes, you need to have it in your EA library as stated in the video :)
You will also need to reinstall it on the r5 launcher. Rewatch video for all info.

Some ISP’s block it for some reason. You could use a VPN and try but I do know r5 people are trying to get it allowed on the ISP’s that block it

It's a internet provider for us down in Australia
@@Ethan_da_champ you need to download with a vpn or a different internet connection there's no other way to get around your isp
