I heard that Utube's new monetization rules have really screwed over the smaller utubers.
The first story : I wouldn't tell him out right but I would drop hints to make him suspect just enough to keep him off my backs but not enough for him confront me.

What I love about the first story is that the bully fucked himself over. If he wasn't drinking and making a fool of himself, he wouldn't have gotten caught. The victim didn't even have to do anything. All he did was call the police and let the bully's actions land him in toruble. It's great when the bully gets revenge on himself!

I swear companies these days have it backwards. They think the best and most important employee is wrapped around their finger, not the other way around. That employee probably KNOWS how important they are and KNOWS how much it'll cost if they leave, but the company still thinks "oh they won't leave because we need them!"

The water park employee story reminded me of my time at a clothing store back in 2008. My store manager was all kinds of crazy, and I could tell you a whole video's worth of stories about her, but the specific thing this reminded me of was my own position/pay grade situation. The entire time I was working there, I was being paid minimum wage with no sign of a raise in sight. I was also on the books as a part time employee. Let's never mind the fact that I was a key holder, trusted to open and close the store, train new employees, INTERVIEW potential new employees, handle scheduling, order stock, and was frequently left in charge of the team or left to run the store solo for hours. When our store was being renovated we moved to a different location in the mall, then back again 2 months later. Both times we had employees from the company's other local stores come to help move inventory. Both times I had naive new hires mention their wages, which were higher than mine. Eventually I was told that our store was being considered for a 3rd full time position (the other 2 being manager and assistant manager. I'd also like to point out that assistant manager was my age, 20 at the time, and hadn't worked in a clothing store a minute in her life before becoming that store's A.M. a month before I was hired.) and I was told that they were grooming me for the full time position when they got the green light to hire. That time came, and they started interviewing. Other people. I asked when my interview would be, and they were confused. I reminded them that they already said they were grooming me for the position, and that I was basically already doing it. They arranged for a manager from another store to come observe me, and then if she thought I was fit for the position, interview me. Other manager was impressed, and interviewed me, at which point she asked questions about my manager that I was too shocked to realize (remember I was 20) weren't appropriate for a promotion interview. I got my head ripped off by my manager on my next shift. I didn't get the position. Again, as I mentioned, there are all sorts of other crazy stories I could tell about this manager. When I found another job and gave my notice, she had the balls to ask me to stay on one day a week because I was the only other person who knew how to do scheduling, payroll, and bank deposits, and I was the best cashier trainer she'd ever had. Hah! I didn't even shop there again until that manager eventually got fired (another juicy story -- my former coworkers kept me informed), and when I told my mom that the store had sensors at the entrance (it's in a mall) to count customers coming and going and compare that to hourly sales numbers, my mom gleefully vowed to walk in and out multiple times every time she passed the store.

Definitely remain anonymous, for 3 reasons.
1. The mystery of never knowing who turned him in will haunt him forever.
2. That guy might just be the sort to retaliate. Staying silent = having the last laugh and not letting it escalate further.
3. This guy already has anti-semitic views, which means he isn't exactly the intellectual sort. He likely wouldn't be able to comprehend that the retaliation was in fact retaliation for his own misdeeds--he would view himself as an innocent victim of an unprovoked attack by a Jew ("it's just a prank bro, I was just joking, why can't you take a joke" and that sort of nonsense), further reinforcing his anti-semitic views, and possibly pushing him over the edge towards full blown white nationalism.

He could have beaten him up to "tell him to stop" in a way that is actually effective, but the bully was always outnumbering him and was likely physically stronger, so he had no way to do that.

.. i was bullied by person at elementary school for several years - it sorta transfered to frinedship for one-two years when we were 13y, because of friends we had together - but he started to bully me again... well, i enraged one day, and told him if he dont stop, i will do something not very nice - even if i were flesh and bone, i was still head taller than him - anyway, when we get out of school he started harrasing me, so i run after him, idiot litelary flew into my hand - i started doing slap motion and he ran into it even faster and hurted himself - i ignored him and went home after that, saw him walking with someone and crying - you had it coming for 8 years you bully...

Had 2 kids well call them Q&J from my high school whole stole my itouch. A little back story this kid was one of the rich kids in my school. He also was one of those kids who acted like a gangster. Keep on mind we lived in the burbs of IL a good 30 mins from Chicago. Anyway one night I'm hanging out with my friends and we decided to go see a movie and like an idiot I forget my keys and lock myself out of my apartment. No biggie I'll just call the manager when I get back. We come back from seeing the movie and the manager is not picking up the phone. As were walking back to my building we see two guys Q&J hanging around the complex. We say what's up and I tell them what happened. They decided to help me Jimmie the door open and we are finally in my apartment. I stupidly set my itouch down on the coffee table and use the bathroom. We ended up hanging out for a while as the night progresses I noticed my itouch was gone. I look for it everywhere and no luck. Then suddenly Q&J left in a hurry. I knew one of them took it. But didn't say anything in fear that they're parents might sue me for deformation of character or something. Anyway cut to like I think 2 or 3 years later my friend sends me a link. Its an arrest report with a mugshot. Guess who it is. Its J. Yep he got busted for breaking and entering. He stole a game console and his bail was set at $10,000. His mom must've bailed him out or something because I heard his dad didn't want to bail him out. I also found out he's a known Clepto and stole from anyone and everyone. Well at least it wasn't just me. Sorry for the long read and thanks for reading.

I probably would have been worse on the bully I generally "fight back" so to speak. I wouldn't have got him arrested personally I would have had someone "chunk" his car before he left, (not destroy it just take battery out hide somewhere near his house) make it where he wouldn't be able to go anywhere. Or probably mail the weed to his parents saying it's for him and there would be stronger stuff on the way.

Honestly true, managers do suck now a days. Actually, recently, a friend was fired because she didn't show up! But she had a perfectly good reason! She was on police watch because something happened to her and depression. But my manager didn't care. She only said that if she doesn't come in the day she is scheduled, then she is fired. 😐 My friend didn't show up of course aanndd the manager fired her in the end.

This has been how bosses have always been. It's rare to find a place of employment where the boss or boss show how much they appreciate you both verbally and financially. They feel they're showing appreciation by not firing you.

I work for a large animal shelter, and am essentially the only one allowed to handle fractious dogs, and I've been out sick for almost a month now due to an injury, and psycho dogs are piling up. There was no backup plan. Meanwhile, I'm at home sipping tea and watching RUclips and watching my place of employment slowly burn from afar.
Some managers are just stupid.
@Comment on All the Things! Dude, I've worked there for almost a decade. I still go in for my walkthrough every morning to assess the situation even when I'm on long-term sick leave, cane in hand on the wet concrete, and write up custom instructions for the rest of the staff for the day.
I love those asshole dogs, but if I'm not there, the pile of paperwork for aggressive/dangerous dogs labelled "leave only for Nylak Otter" builds up fast.
It's a liability issue. I physically can't handle an aggressive 150 lb mastiff with a badly broken leg, and no one else has the experience. It's stupid, and the poor dogs suffer. They weren't prepared for me to be out of commission.
Edit: Again, if I didn't work there, the dogs in my personal stack of paperwork would be long dead. I get paid less than a fast food employee to handle scared and fractious animals every day so that I can help them find new lives. Don't tell me that I don't care about my animals.

My guess is they couldn't open the park bc there werent enough lifeguards on duty, which runs into massive legal issues.
@@rSlash I feel like if one guy not showing up causes the park to not have enough lifeguards on duty, then they don't have enough lifeguards for normal operations. Also, if that was the entire problem, wouldn't the water park just close one of the slides/attractions and move the lifeguards that would have been working that attraction to another attraction. It is better to run the park at less than 100% capacity than to close it down completely.
I'm pretty sure it's because he was the only one available to do safety tests, and without them they legally could not open the park.

Because we have only vaguely similar beliefs. We believe in Jesus, they do not. Which means that every catholic saint would be null because of their beliefs. The pope would not exist. Jews "don't believe" in Jesus? That's news to me. You can still believe in these saints as historical figures and honor them for the things they've done. Who cares about the pope? Christmas would still exist, as it was originally a pagan holiday (Jesus also was probably not born on Christmas) and it's mostly become commercialized, anyway.

The story with the Jewish kid was awesome, but personally I think I would have played with him a little before graduating. Wouldn't tell him outright that it was md, but drop subtle hints and whatnot to make him suspect it was my doing, but never confirm it, just to rub a little salt in the wound
