You need to know why John can't swim and Arthur can and Arthur and many cowboys on that time period they are afraid to swim and some can swim most of them don't know how to swim. You better show what it like how the game has progressed in details and some comparison must be done like NPC actions like in GTA IV Police has best Cop system and GTA V doesn't have that's a woke. And we cant compare this system to RDR bcs it's old lawmen system Sherif things wanted time and if they recognise the face player have bounty and if player use mask to hide don't get bounty and If someone see our crime witness and they run to sherif or lawmen then they will search and if they find the player with face identity they wil recognise. Pls be compare like this not old vs new. They have cons bcs lac of technologies.
