So true about looking like yourself but better on your wedding day! I have a friend who normally wears really natural makeup but for her wedding she wore a TON of makeup and it looked so startling on her! It's been over 20 years and that's what I remember most about her wedding. This look is beautiful!

I absolutely love this makeup look! I'm getting married in 3 weeks and have been looking for a simple, elegant, natural makeup look! I am usually that person that covers up my acne and puts on some mascara and that's it. I'm not comfortable with a lot of makeup, and we are having an outdoor summer wedding in Texas so I didn't want to feel stuffy and cake face and just gross. I LOVE not only the look, but what you say at the beginning. It really encouraged me to stick to my guns as far as what I want to look like on my wedding day. Hi there! Just found you here on RUclips!! I wanted to thank you for all of your bridal tutorials. I am getting married this August - my wedding is on the beach of Dominican Republic. I will be doing my own hair and make up. The whole vibe (my dress, my fiancé's outfit, atmosphere) will be very bohemian. Dominique M I ordered the Serum and Coverage foundation last week but unfortunately they have a minimum 10 day process period and then after that it could take another couple weeks to ship :/

I'm not a huge fan of the bare minerals concealers, but I love the foundation. how would you go about using a liquid concealer with the powder foundation?
My brother's wedding is in a few weeks. I saved your every day hair styles video to one of my playlists. I think the headband with twisting hair around the back of the band is beautiful and easy. I'm going through your bridal makeup looks too. The ceremony is going to be outside and our weather here is all over the place with big swings in temperature and humidity from day to day. The looks you've created are terrific and I'm narrowing down which I'll do for myself. My sister in law said I can come to the house and have my makeup done which I'd love. Getting there at 6 am though helped me decide to do my own makeup. 😊

Yes. My brides receive a full touch up kit including a full lipstick, blush and powder!
What product did you use for your brows? I hate being super fussy with mine, and yours still look natural here!
This is my favorite look you've done of this series. So I'm not getting married anytime soon but this is definitely what I want for my day as well!
Also bc I am going to be IN my best friends wedding this year, what foundation do you recommend for oily skin that looks best in pictures?? I wear bare minerals matte on the daily but I don't think that'll be enough for that day.
I use MAC Studio Fix Fluid in my kit for combo/oily gals. It's an oldie but holds up great!

Gorgeous! What do you usually use the yellow correcting shade in that Mac palette for? I'm a new MUA and my kit came with the medium and dark versions of that palette so I want to buy the light one to complete my shades!
I use it as an under eye brightener. It looks super smooth and flawless. I can't recommend those palettes enough!

Anywho, I a VERY minimalist makeup gal and this look would be great. My only problem is I'm having trouble finding the Stila palette. Do you have any similar suggestions?

How do you keep your lips so pink? I use colourpop matte lip creams and they turned my lips so dark :(

I am loving this look! I would love to do this makeup on my face for my wedding in a month and a half. My only concern is I have not been able to find any makeup that has not made me break out on my face and it is so frustrating. I am able to do bare minerals on my eyes and maybe other concealers. However I only do eye makeup. I would be greatly appreciative for any tips on this problem. My skin is extremely sensitive, but I really really want for my skin to look flawless on my wedding day. No it does not dry. It is definitely a dewy finish foundation.
