It's the same in Greece, since Brexit & having to get our passport stamped there's never enough staff on to get us through quicker which makes us run late to catch our flight home
We went in June & the Passport control queue was mahoosive. 2 people on ( 5am) & we only just made our flight Easyjet at 6.30…..the staff controlling the queue kept saying the flight will not go without u😳Several people came back to say they were not allowed on the flight. It was chaos
Palma Airport is the third busiest/biggest airport in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona and it’s shocking that it’s managed like this. 1 person on passport control is simply not enough. Aena needs to sort this out, shocking that aena is state owned by the Spanish central government and people say when public transport is state owned it’s better I would say this a case to say it isn’t.
