Many years ago, I likewise spent many hours reflecting on principles of just interaction among human beings, and found myself to be alone among my peers in my new convictions. Then, I discovered Lew Rockwell and the numerous philosophers who have been fine-tuning these simple inescapable truths. I believe it takes a determination to be free of superstitions for one to see this. The Taoist, Hindu, Buddhist, and Christian (Gospel of Thomas) traditions point to the same truths when relieved of superstitious elements. A human merges with the glory of The Creator when freed of external and self-imposed chains. Thank you for such a thoughtful and honest presentation.

Profound! The Biblical view is that man is mediator between heaven and earth, that we are to bring the immaterial meaning of heaven and the meaningless matter of earth into harmony, e.g. Adam naming the animals. Likewise, as Professor Durr shows, it is the task of law to bring rationality and fact into harmony.

Compare and contrast- Acts, statues, codes and law. The world is a plantation, and it is that law that applies. Goodnight Ms. P. wherever you are.

I have to believe that relatively few humans have escaped the application of these truths in their personal lives. How many more have managed a nimble evasion in regard to public policy?
