Arjen pienet ekoteot, osa 7: Vastuullinen matkailu

Itä-Suomen yliopiston Arjen pienet ekoteot -somevideosarjassa tuomme esille yliopistolaisten ja kumppaniemme ekotekoja niin arjessa kuin työssäkin. Pienilläkin yksittäisten ihmisten teoilla on suuri vaikutus ilmastonmuutoksen ja luontokadon hillitsemisessä.
Yliopisto panostaa kestävyyteen ja vastuullisuuteen tutkimuksessa, opetuksessa ja kumppanuuksissa. Yliopisto toimii tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi kahdella tasolla: tiedeyhteisönä vahvan tutkimuksen ja tutkittuun tietoon perustuvan koulutuksen ja sen vaikuttavuuden kautta, sekä työyhteisönä arjen toiminnan tasolla. Even small acts by individuals have bigger impact on mitigating climate change and biodiversity loss.
