If you spill your salad when mixing it just put the top back on after you put on the dressing and shake the whole box until it’s all mixed. Watching Keeping up with the Kardashians really taught me so much lol
I so agree about working out to feel better. I want to gain muscle/more curves for confidence and i need to be strong for my job, but mainly it was one of the few things that made me feel like myself and forget my worries when my mental health was failing me. 20 min. in and I would start to feel better. So, that’s motivation long term.
I love yours and Laurens's relationship! I have never met a guy who eats healthy and honestly didn't know it existed (in the South guys usually drink beer and eat mostly fast food, and I swear I'm the only person I know who eats healthy/clean/plant-based, which makes me watch your videos even more since you also eat this way). But anywho I love your relationship and love you two together. I look forward to watching many more of your videos in the future Romee! One last thing: the ending song/tune is such a bop! haha

Does someone know how many kcals she eats a day? :/ I'm 170 cm and only weigh 48kg, I'm underweight and eat about 1500 kcals a day, my daily goal is around 1800 tho so.. Well.. I'm just curious what's her calorie intake, she's like 10cm taller than me and seems to eat less you know? Sorry for my bad English and please don't send hate to me x
She eats lots of calories, I believe. Avocados, nuts, butters and oils all contain many calories, it's all just healthy! Would not know how many calories she really eats, but I'd say around 2000 a day.
I was thinking about the same thing, she seems to eat even less than 1200 a day, she ate Caesar salads for lunch and dinner, and had some matcha, that’s it. And she’s really tall! As long as she is healthy tho.. but she also works out a lot🤷🏽♀️ Guess that’s part of being a VS model
