Any advice or tips for using Quan Chi? I tried using him at launch and fell off hard. Lately I’ve been learning other characters but I need some help with this guy.
Use kamos that do a capture state like sub zero, cyrax and frost also use your portals , his 1,2 string combos into net from cyrax

I keep going against PC kids that after losing, quit, but I don't gain anything, and they have impossible frame data. A move thats negative on block is positive on block for them. Who can I get out of these hacker lobbies?
