Own a 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale with 160,000 miles. 30 years old. Has the exact same engine as feathered in this video. A commentator mentioned they had this selfsame engine with 298,000 miles. On another video a commentator mentioned they had 376,000 on this same type engine. The 3800 V-6 3.8 liter Olds engine is a winner. They were installed as far back 1985. Have done a number of upgrades to my car, including a new cooling system, new air-conditioning system, all new brakes. Have also a new alternator, coil-pack, and energy control module. Just renewed my driver's license and am good to go till 2026. I'm 74 years old now and may never need another automobile. Wish me luck!

I have a 94 model. Pretty much the same car as this one . I Got mine from an old couple who brought it brand new and was garage kept. It only had 42k on it when I got it for $1000 about 2 years ago. Thing is a brand new car still. I currently have 56k on it and it's still like a new car. Probably one of the smoothest, nicest riding cars I've ever been in. I'll probably never get rid of it 👍

That's a very nice car! I have a 1992 Olds Regency Elite that is fully loaded! I do have the CD player option in mine, but it's external to the radio and mounted below the radio between the vents. On the radio, if you hit volume down and fade rear at the same time, it will enable the loudness function on the radio. My Olds also has the factory sun roof and I have yet to see another Olds like mine with one. Unfortunately my Olds needs a new paint job.

Wanna Sell it Had one just like it for 8 years mine was Red with red interior brought it with 79,000 miles in 2002. Got rid of it in 2009 had 298,000 miles body rusted away in the PA slat and would not pass PA inspection. The only major problems I had was the transmission rebuilt at 129,000 miles and a water pump at 91,000 miles. I would drive mine from Pittsburgh PA to Peoria IL one tank of Premium 93 octane or higher got 41.5 MPG on the Highway 601.5 miles to 13.0 gallons of gas. These 3800 engines keep tuned up and use high octane gas and it will give you a lot of years of service. Probably MACCO or Earl Sahib 299.00 paint job.

So now you have two Buicks with Olds engines and this car which is an Olds with a Buick engine. This Olds is a very nice addition to your collection. How do you figure out which car you want to drive now days anyway?
