She does actually get a mother song in the sequal though.
"Baby Mine" or "You'll Be In My Heart" are good mother songs... just saying.
The catholic church does nit recognize direct to dvd disney sequels as canon.
@@brauhala What about Down to the Sea from The Little Mermaid 2, that's a great mom song! or Athena's Song from The Little Mermaid 3, which is a lullaby Ariels mom sings to her and her siblings.
She's also Meg from Hercules.

The ironic part is that she voiced as Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond, Steven's mom, who is actually dead/gone in Steven Universe😂😭
