After that, Michael performed one of performances throughout the years and at these performances there is video and photo evidence of his children being in the audience or on the side of the stage. I’m sure there’s times where he did travel without them and I have no doubt they spent good length of time with a nanny but he still raised those children, he still took them around the world with him, he never once left them with a nanny for a long period of time. those are his children.
I personally think, if Michael ever said "I want to be the light", it's because, he probably had to just find some positive aspect of his skin changing, and people continuously, asking him about it.
so instead of saying "I hate it, I can't go in the sun, it was horrible experience to go through", he changed it to "I'm letting the light in"... or whatever you know?
It’s true, he always made lemonade out of the lemons life gave him. When he got the burns scar on his head, he made long hair & Fedora into a fashion statement even though it was to cover his scar. Same thing with makeup & glove.. which were to cover vitiligo. The mask protected him from respiratory illnesses on tour but it also added to his mystique. Everything had a practical purpose that he turned into a style statement. He used his super pale skin to create an otherworldly glow from the light reflecting off it on stage or photographs.
Michael was world famous before social media and the internet existed.

I miss Michael Jackson I was 10 years old when he passed and I got to see it on the news. I heard of him a few months before his death. I was in elementary school/3rd grade right before summer vacation. He died June 25th, 2009 & the last day of school was June 26th, Hopefully one day I can meet Michael in Heaven.

This wound up being a fun interview! The first few comments/questions were a lil tacky (especially regarding Mike’s skin), but Prince handled them like a pro. Truly a class act.
Prince Jackson is an awesome guy. I was glad to see him take philanthropy on after Michael. I can see how serious he is. I'm so glad he is able to acknowledge his privilege and continue living happily.

This young man has such a good head on his shoulders! How many celebrity kids have we seen go the wrong way? This kid gives me confidence that Michael's vision and estate is in good hands.
Michael would be SO PLEASED to see how well spoken and intelligent he is. I agree with what Prince said, Michael was a great father and his grandmother and TJ continued raising him well after Michael passed away.
