I got this character the day after it came out and it can almost kill scienctist toilet within 4 attacks if used correctly
for anyone wondering, the emperor toilet spawns in wave 60-80 i think 70 in chaos mode. So dont be hoping for standard or insane modes
emperor has a 20% chance of spawning in chaos endless and 5% in insane endless
every boss waves
mad toilet inventor and necromancer is 25% in insane endless and 100% in chaos endless

Edit: 7 days later i got it thanks to the replys and help and ill just say the best way i did it
1. If you need to beat a mode or beat a hard boss such as necromancer or mad toilet inventor then try to find a server thats in insane endless or chaos mode
2.the fastest way to beat these quest is to use tri titan or chair and also you must have consititsty on the game
3. And lastly if you dont have tri or chair titan then my personal charecter i use is clock titan sense hes really good
Also im not sure what hard bosses wave they spwan on but all i know is your best bet is endless chaos mode and its a rare chance for bosses to spwan on chaos endless so you would need a friend help with them using clock titan

For me You need to do quest that give you 10k or 8k to finish the quest you need to find the server that doing you quest: like beat chaos mode you need to find the server that almost beat it like wave 40+ you just attacked random it will count that you beat it.
For people who have chair can get it easily, took about a few hours.
