Some advice I can give.. really pay attention to the area where you want to buy a house. Make sure it feels safe and look at crime statistics. You might find the perfect house, but if the surrounding area feels unsettling, take that into consideration, especially if you’re planning to start a family!
Just a thing to think about! Yes interest rates were crazy low and thats why these normal rates look so high! But these are the rates that I bought my first place in LA. So just find a house you love because you are going to be in it a long time! Best of luck and I am so happy for you guys & cash! 🐶🐶🐶

I have soooo much home buying advice 😂 But I'm a full-time real estate agent in Wisconsin so that's likely why. Obviously would recommend getting with a trusted and knowledgeable real estate agent to start. They can help navigate you through the process and take a lot of the stress off you. I always tell people that it's still a good time to buy a home if it's something you want and if you can do it! It's a fantastic hedge against inflation and a great investment. Good luck on your home search! I'm sure it will go great 😊
