If that was never in a contract thats absurd though. just because you were the “hottest” artist on the label doesn’t mean you’re entitled to own part of the label all of a sudden. again, unless that was discussed from the beginning as a contingency then this just sounds like another “musician” crying about being a victim of the industry and blowing their wealth.

If your multi platinum, without help from the ruff ryderz, what do you really owe em. If not, they owe you more for putting them on the limelight, not to mention, for keeping that wave moving as long as it did. Is it coincidence that once dmx buzz died down, ruff ruderz did too... most definitely dmx should of been comp’ed, its called privileged treatment. Its real when u earn it. When u serve a purpose, u get that treatment, its earned.! Plus, since when do u know anybody to do anything for free in this world. He helped put ruff ryderz on the map! I first heard his prayers and his gospel songs when I was lost and in a dark place... Now Ive been walking with the Lord for 6 years and counting. He definitely planted some seeds and encouraged me in the Lord. Thank you ❌🙏🏻🙏🏻

This man’s blessing, “his words”, helped my mind survive my curse. His insight gave me strength instead of what could have been worse. Feeling helpless, hit an X verse 💪🏼 rip X and thank you 🙏🏼

I'm here after learning of DMX's untimely passing. This legendary rapper was born the same year as me, 1970. DMX seemed to be a troubled and conflicted man. May he now finally REST IN PEACE.
