What a snake! It’s not about leaving Arizona that was always expected, but it’s the manner in which it was done. Those kids deserve more than three minutes of your time and a good part of them deserve at least a phone call.
@@bombero9412 ever tried Google? It does wonderful things. Like tells you answers to questions and gives you information. National Titles (1960, 1991). Unclaimed National Titles - aka shared - (1910, 1984, 1990). It could be argued that UW has 5 National Titles.
@jasperstromy2778 - the championship as we know it today was very different pre-1990s. The best team(s) have always been voted on by ‘Major Selectors’, which is why there are records of split champions regardless of a game outcome. It wasn’t until the early 90s that the AP Poll and Coaches Poll became most common, however split champions were still common (Coaches Poll & AP Poll unless both Polls agreed on the same team). And at that era of time the Bowl Coalition and Bowl Alliance formed to more reliably establish a #1 and #2 team. This also birthed the BCS in 1998 till 2014, at which point the CFP became the new playoffs arrangement. Since the BCS there have no longer been split champions and just a final game to determine an overall National Champion. The Natty as we know it as today.
Did I just hear ol Jedd say " its about character and commitment"? Say what?
