I just donated to KPCC with a her credit card.
Wait, she added $3.50 but on the validator it said she had a balance of $9.65
She probably added so that she can show on camera how to load a TAP card.

I do believe that the TVMs run some sort of version of Microsoft Windows XP.
I was just going to say the same as Arlen10 before me. To the KPCC-Radio reporter in the video: maybe when you filmed and posted this, you just didn't stop to realize that anyone, anywhere, could do a 'frame by frame' of this video, and commit fraud against you by obtaining your card #. I'm not trying to be mean or do anything but alert you. I highly suggest, (if you haven't done so already), cancelling the debit/visa card at your bank and getting a new one A.S.A.P.

Someone times there's police's on the train that will scan your tap card it tells when was the last time you tap your card
@@danielvargas6917 Sometimes? In some videos I've seen of these exact trains I noticed that only passenger were the moajority in most stations and only like 1 or 2 stations had cops.

Nicole McP If it’s Pay-Per ride, the cost is $2.75 + $1 (card fee) so that would be $3.75, If you want a round trip then it’s going to cost $6.50 total. There is an option were you can get a single ride, but one sole ride will cost you $3.00, of course the good thing about this is you don’t have to pay that extra dollar, when you purchase a single ride ticket, however the thing about single rides is that you only have 2 hours to use your ticket before it expires and you can’t refill them with time or value. So essentially they can end up costing you more money in the long run.
I get the monthly pass, so I don't even notice the price.
When to use VISA credit card to buy the one way ticket , any data need to input , if password or secured code. Thank you.

Unless a particular self service machine is out of cards, there should be cards in there to buy. $1 extra for the reloadable card.

You can buy them at the kiosks located in Metro rail stations or at select vendor locations that work with Metro to sell the cards.

hmmm... that tap card looks used... and it magically came up in the machine, we didn't see it fall... so I'll say meghan here trolled us into thinking she used her debit card to purchase something she really didn't purchase at all...

How the fuck does this shit work? How does anybody know that you tapped? In NYC we have turnstiles, but here you tap your card against one little kiosk that doesn't have any access control??
